Why I Joined the Team

When Payton started Knudson Insurance Team, I watched from close range what he was doing for his clients, and I recognized something important. The people he was helping most were people exactly like me: seniors approaching Medicare age who had no idea where to start, and who were getting bombarded with information that was more confusing than helpful.

After getting fully licensed as a Medicare insurance agent, I joined the team. It's a decision I'm glad I made. There's a real satisfaction in helping someone understand what they're actually enrolling in, and seeing the relief on their face when it finally clicks.

What I Bring to the Table

I've been through Medicare enrollment personally. That's not a credential you find on a license, but it shapes how I explain things to clients. I don't use jargon. I start where you are, answer your actual questions, and take the time to make sure you understand your options before you commit to anything.

I specialize in the same plans Payton covers: Medicare Advantage, Medigap supplements, Part D drug plans, and Special Needs Plans for people with Medicaid or chronic conditions. Together, we're able to give our clients consistent, responsive service throughout the year, not just during open enrollment season.

How I Work with Clients

My style is patient and unhurried. Medicare is genuinely complicated, and I never expect a client to absorb everything in one conversation. If you have follow-up questions after we talk, call me back. That's what I'm here for.
